This is from a few from a few days ago, but it’s an interesting discussion of the right to control over one’s body in various other ways the government intrudes (the author is prochoice as it pertains to abortion).
Of the related issues are the obvious ones: drug use, prostitution, sin taxes (taxes on alcohol, tobacco, sugar that try to modify behavior), the draft (which is abhorrent if you think body autonomy is important). Worth a read.
