The simple example is if you are the getaway driver during a bank robbery and someone is killed while the others are robbing the bank.

And it is as nebulous as possible.�? Again civil forfeiture is easily abused and gives perverse incentives to the government without deterring crime.

But is does provide all sorts of perverse incentives for government agencies and agents.

A number of groups are trying to get the federal government to curtail the use of facial recognition.�? As much as I would like this to be successful, I don’t see it happening.�?
