And many others are considering it.�? Montana’s version was signed in on February 18, 2021.

The other 19 states with constitutional carry laws are Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Mississippi, Missouri, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee Utah (effective May 5), Vermont, West Virginia and Wyoming.
