A pretty good summation of the standards used on college campuses when a student is accused.
There are many different standards including more likely than not (a coin flip practically) to the higher standard of clear and convincing evidence which is currently used, to the more strict beyond a reasonable doubt. The colleges might be returning to more likely than not soon which is a pretty low standard for accusations that can destroy a young person’s future.
